As long as you comply with the following Terms and Conditions, the Virginia State Police Association, Inc. (the “VSPA”) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to enter, display and use this Site.

However, the VSPA does not represent nor guarantee that the information is complete, accurate and timely in all instances. Registration
In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, but it is not required.

Orders
The VSPA will request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.

Privacy
The VSPA values the privacy of visitors to www.vspa.org. The VSPA collects standard server log files that include information about the pages accessed by site visitors. In addition, the VSPA may ask you to volunteer information (e-mail addresses, phone numbers) that personally identifies you. Refund Policy
The VSPA will consider exchanges and returns from members for items that are still in saleable condition.

All VSPA employees must abide by VSPA’s Privacy Policy. Employees who violate our privacy policies are subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
