How to Join VSPA

If you are interested in becoming a member of the Virginia State Police Association, please download and complete the Membership Enrollment Form and the Beneficiary Designation Form. Mail the completed forms to the VSPA office at 6942 Forest Hill Avenue, Richmond, VA 23225. For questions, contact the office using our Contact Page or call (804) 320-6272. 

Note: to become a VSPA member, you must be a full-time employee of the Virginia Department of State Police.
