VSPA Children’s 2012-2013 Scholarships

Each year the Virginia State Police Association (VSPA) recognizes outstanding college students through its VSPA Scholarship Program. For the 2012-2013 academic year, VSPA will award up to 56 college scholarships for amounts ranging $500 to $1,000 each.To be eligible for a 2012-2013 scholarship, student applicants must:

    • Have a parent that is a member in good standing of the VSPA.
    • Be a rising college freshman, sophomore, junior or senior who will be taking at least 9 credit hours per semester at an accredited college or university.

The VSPA Scholarship application will be available online here, in the Spring 2012 Trooper Newsletter, and/or by contacting the VSPA office to request an application by mail beginning April 6, 2012.

Completed applications must be received in the VSPA Office by the close of business Friday June, 22, 2012.

Official Transcripts are due to the VSPA by close of business (4 p.m.)

VSPA Member Scholarship Program

Applications for scholarships are available on-line here. Applications for financial aid are available here. Both may also be obtained by contacting the VSPA office to request an application by mail.

Your completed application is due in the Virginia State Police Association office by the close of business on Friday, June 1, 2012. Applications may be mailed, delivered or faxed to:
